LEGAL NOTICE

By virtue and in fulfillment of Law 34/2002 of the 11th of July relating to Services of Information Societies and Electronic Commerce (henceforth “LSSICE”, its Spanish acronym), we inform you that CT Ingenieros A.A.I. S.L. (henceforth CT Ingenieros), with Spanich Tax Code B48689194 and registered address at Parque Empresarial Carpetania, Avenida Leonardo Da Vinci 22, 28906 Getafe-Madrid, Spain, is the owner of the web page  www.ctingenieros.es (henceforth, the “web page”).

1. The general conditions contained herein regulate the access and use of the web page that CT Ingenieros offers free of charge to Internet users. Access to the web page implies your acceptance without reservations. The use of certain services offered on this web page shall be governed by the particular conditions set forth in each case, which shall be considered to have been accepted by the mere use of the above-mentioned services.
   
   
2. The visualization, printing and partial downloading of the content of the web page shall be authorized solely and exclusively if the following conditions are met:
   
   
   • That it is compatible with the aims of the web page.
   • That it is undertaken with the sole aim of obtaining the information contained therein for public or private use. The use of content from the web page for commercial aims or for distribution purposes or to be publicly communicated, transformed or decompiled is expressly prohibited.
   • None of the content on the web page may be modified in any way whatsoever.
   • No graphic, icon or image available on the web page may be used, copied or distributed separately from the rest of the images which accompany it.
     
     
3. CT Ingenieros reserves the right to modify and update the information contained in the web page, the configuration and presentation of it and its access conditions at any time without needing to give prior notice.
   
   
4. CT Ingenieros does not guarantee that access to its web page or to its content shall be without errors or interruptions or that this content shall be up to date. CT Ingenieros shall undertake any action necessary in order to fix any errors, re-establish communication and update content, as long as there are no issues which make this impossible or highly difficult and as soon as it receives notice of the existing errors, disconnections or lack of content updates.
   
   
5. Both the access to the web page and the incorrect use of the information contained therein shall be the exclusive responsibility of the person who takes this action. CT Ingenieros shall not be liable for any consequences or damages which may arise or be derived from the said access or use. It shall not be liable for the security errors which may occur or for the damages which may be caused to the user’s IT system (both hardware and software) or to the archives or documents stored therein, as a result of:
   
   
   • The presence of a virus in the user’s computer which is used to connect to the services and contents of the web page;
   • A malfunctioning web browser;
   • The use of out-of-date versions of it.
     
     
6. CT Ingenieros, shall not be liable for the content which can be accessed via link on its web page, as long as it is not from the web page itself, nor does it guarantee the absence of viruses or other elements which may produce alterations to the IT system (both hardware and software), to the documents or archives of the user, excluding any liability for any damages caused to the user for this reason.
   
   Should any user, client or third party, consider the content or the services rendered by the web pages which are linked from the web page to be illicit or harmful to goods or rights of the user, of a client or of a third party who may be susceptible to be indemnified and which, in particular, consist of:
   
   
   • Activities or content susceptible to be considered unlawful in accordance with Spanish Criminal Laws.
   • Activities or content which violate Intellectual or Industrial Property rights.
   • Activities or content which endanger public order, criminal investigations, public security and national defence.
   • Activities or content which endanger public health, respect and human dignity and the principle of non-discrimination, and the protection of health and childhood.
     
     
   They may communicate this to CT Ingenieros. Nevertheless, the receipt of this communication shall not entail a communication in terms of the responsibility set forth in article 17 of LSSICE.
   
   
7. The unauthorized use of information contained on the web page, its re-sale and any harm done to CT Ingenieros’ Intellectual or Industrial Property rights, shall lead to the liability established by Law. 
   
   
8. Any third party link to the web page must be to the homepage. The use of “deep links”, “framing” and any other use of the content of the web page in favour of unauthorized third parties, is expressly forbidden.
   
   
9. CT Ingenieros may use cookies when you navigate on its web page, without needing your consent as a requisite to visit the web page. Cookies are small data archives generated by your computer which allow sites to recognize registered users once they have registered for a first time, without needing to register each time they access certain areas or services. Cookies allow us to know the date and time of each visit and the content accessed. You may set your web browser so that it notifies you when cookies are being received, as well as to block the installation of cookies on your computer hard drive.
   
   
10. For any dispute which may arise from the access or use of the web page, CT Ingenieros and the user, hereby expressly renounce to any other jurisdiction, accepting the jurisdiction of the courts and tribunals of the registered address of CT Ingenieros.
